These terms apply when you use Vendors Wanted to review the opportunity or submit an application.
Applications are not confirmations
Submitting an application through Vendors Wanted does not reserve, guarantee or confirm a vendor space. Space is only confirmed once your application is approved and any required payment is completed.
Event-specific terms
This opportunity sets its own dates, packages, pricing, setup requirements, deadlines and rules. Those event-specific terms apply in addition to the terms on this page, and may change before the event takes place.
Accurate information
You agree that the information in your application is accurate and that you hold any licenses, permits or insurance required for the products or services you intend to sell.
Payment and refunds
Payment is requested only after approval unless the opportunity specifically allows immediate payment. Refund and cancellation terms are set for this event and shared with your approval.
Conduct at the event
Vendors are expected to follow all event rules, staff instructions and applicable laws. The event organizers and our team may remove a vendor who does not comply.
Changes to the event
The event may be rescheduled, relocated or cancelled. Where that happens, the event organizer's stated policy determines how confirmed vendors are handled.
